Cancellation policy

What happens to your ticket if the event changes or if you can no longer come.

01Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to every ticket for Romania Kendama Open 2026 (player entries and spectator tickets) bought on this website. Tickets are sold by ASOCIATIA JUCATORILOR DE KENDAMA (AJK), CIF 55487800, Str. Constantin Brâncoveanu nr. 7, Buzău, Romania, the organiser and owner of this website.

Ticket sales are not open yet. This policy applies from the day sales open and is shown again before you pay.

02If we cancel or postpone

  • If we cancel the event, you get a full refund of every ticket you bought for it.
  • If we cancel one category, you get a full refund for that entry; your other entries stay valid.
  • If we move the event to another date, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot come, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
  • Refunds are sent within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

  • Until 11 December 2026 you can switch to another category if places are left; you pay, or get back, the difference in price.
  • After that, transfers and changes are possible only if the organiser agrees.

05How to cancel

Write to office@asociatiakendama.ro with your name, your order number and the tickets you want to cancel. We confirm by email within 3 working days and send the refund within 14 days of the confirmation, to the payment method you used.

06When there is no refund

  • A player who is disqualified for breaking the rules or for unsportsmanlike behaviour gets no refund.
  • A player whom the judges move to another level keeps a valid ticket for the new category; no price difference is refunded.
  • Travel, accommodation and other costs are not refunded in any case.

07Your rights

Under Romanian consumer law (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, art. 16 letter l), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date, so tickets are refunded as described on this page. This does not limit any other right you have by law. You can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro).
